Woo hoo! Getting started is easy! Just fill out an inquiry form, share a few photos, and give me a quick rundown of your vision. Feel free to mention any special details or personal touches you’d like added. If the scene feels a little empty, I’ll often add soft, dreamy landscaping, unless you prefer otherwise.

Once I have your information, I’ll put together an estimate for your one-of-a-kind painting.

Please note that pricing varies depending on the level of detail, design complexity, and canvas size.

While my focus is architectural art, I’m happy to occasionally add a playful, personalized touch to an architectural painting ( your first car, family pet, etc. ).

My goal is to always deliver my best work, if a request falls outside my comfort zone, I’ll let you know.

Once payment is received, I’ll get the ball rolling. The first step is creating a sketch, which I’ll send over for your approval before starting the watercolor. Paintings typically take 3–4 weeks to complete, depending on workload. You’ll receive an email from me as soon as your piece is finished!

Pricing varies depending on the complexity and level of detail in the building and/or landscaping. More intricate designs, higher levels of detail, or larger canvases will require a higher investment.

For reference:

• 6×8 partial scene begins at $300.

• 9×12 partial scene begins at $500.

• 6×8 full scene begins at $400

• 9×12 full scene begins at $600

• 4×6 mini ( non architectural ) begins at $200

Custom sizes are available and priced upon request. All non architectural paintings will be priced individually based on size, level of detail, and subject matter.

A partial scene architectural painting includes minimal landscaping and foreground details. A full scene architectural painting captures the entire view, an edge-to-edge composition.

I currently offer 4×6, 6×8, and 9×12 paintings on premium, professional watercolor paper. Custom sizes may also be available upon request.

6x8 paintings typically require between 10-15 hours to complete, ensuring each piece receives the attention and love it deserves! Larger paintings require additional time to complete. Please anticipate a 3-4 week turnaround unless specified otherwise.

Got a tight deadline? Let me know, and I’ll see if I can work some magic! During the holiday season, please prepare for longer turnaround times due to the increased demand and festive hustle and bustle. Once your painting is complete, it will be wrapped up snugly for its journey. I’ll send along your shipping confirmation once it hits the road.

When purchasing a custom hand-painted watercolor portrait, please be aware that all sales are final. Each artwork is a unique, personalized creation, meticulously crafted with care and expertise.
